We invite you to the second workshop organised around the topic of mentoring for representatives of Enhance universities.
The workshop will take place in Warsaw on 1 December 2025. We will soon publish the full workshop agenda and start recruiting participants.

The workshop was designed for mentors from Enhance Universities who already have a basic understanding of mentoring and wish to deepen their practice. Participants worked with selected elements from the EMCC Competence Framework, engage in individual and group reflection, and test out practical techniques they can apply in their mentoring sessions.
