ENHANCE - Mentoring Workshop
Mentoring of founding teams in conditions of constant change (Warsaw, 1 December 2025)

We invite you to the second workshop, which is organised around mentoring for representatives of Enhance universities.

The goal of the workshop is to strengthen participants' competencies in understanding (1) the dynamics of start-ups in the context of ‘team-as-a-system’ under pressure of uncertainty and frequent changes, (2) ways of diagnosing team functioning, and (3) techniques for supporting team changes, e.g. based on hypotheses and experiments.

The workshop will take place in Warsaw.

June 2025 workshop

The workshop was designed for mentors from Enhance Universities who already have a basic understanding of mentoring and wish to deepen their practice. Participants worked with selected elements from the EMCC Competence Framework, engage in individual and group reflection, and test out practical techniques they can apply in their mentoring sessions.
