ENHANCE - Mentoring Workshop
(Warsaw, 2 June 2025)

The workshop is designed for mentors from Enhance Universities who already have a basic understanding of mentoring and wish to deepen their practice. It offers a space to enhance self-awareness in the mentoring role, explore new tools, reflect on mentoring relationships, and strengthen key mentoring skills. Participants will work with selected elements from the EMCC Competence Framework, engage in individual and group reflection, and test out practical techniques they can apply in their mentoring sessions.

Outcomes – participants will:

✅ explore and reflect on their identity and role as a mentor,
✅ deepen their understanding of selected EMCC competencies, 
✅expand their toolbox with practical mentoring techniques, 

✅ strengthen their ability to build and sustain effective mentoring relationships,
✅ increase their self-awareness in mentoring contexts.

Executive & Team Coach, mentor, and certified supervisor in coaching and mentoring. She is the Co-Founder of Fearless Performance, where she supports leaders, teams, and organizations in building cultures of psychological safety, resilience, and collaboration.
Marta implements coaching and mentoring cultures within organizations and serves as a senior programme advisor for internal mentoring initiatives. 

Jacek Bełdowski
EMCC EIA Practitioner

Executive Coach, mentor, and leadership expert with over 20 years of CEO experience (Egmont). He is the President of EMCC Poland and Co-Founder of Fearless Performance, where he supports leaders and teams in building trust, motivation, and sustainable performance.
Jacek lectures on leadership at the Executive MBA programme at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
He specializes in leadership development, team management, motivation and engagement, and conflict resolution.
